A Êõ¤¯¤¸ 'loser' fighting his estranged girlfriend for half of her ¡ò1million scratch card winnings has today been ÀßΩ¤¹¤ë Í­ºá¤Î of ¶¯½±¡¤¶¯´¯ing another former girlfriend during a ±êing Îó¡¿Á椰¡¿ÁûÆ°.

Michael Cartlidge, 39, had ÈÝÄꤹ¤ëd attacking his former partner of eight years ¿å¾½ Neary-Phillips and Ê´ºÕ¤¹¤ëing up her iPhone 12 and ¶¼¤¹ing to kill her during an argument at her home last year.

The attack happened on April 15 last year - six months before he ¡Ê¿ÍÌ¿¤Ê¤É¤ò¡ËÃ¥¤¦¡¤¼çÄ¥¤¹¤ëd to have scooped a ¶¦Æ±¤Î jackpot with new girlfriend, Charlotte Cox.

After ¸ºß ºá¿Í¡¿Í­ºá¤òÀë¹ð¤¹¤ëd of one of two ¹ðȯ¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë¡¤¹ðÁʡʤ¹¤ë¡Ë¡¿ÎÁ¶âs at Lincoln ¼£°ÂȽ»ös' Ë¡ÄºÛȽ½ê, Cartlidge told MailOnline: 'I'm disappointed with the ·ë²Ì - »ÊË¡¡Ê´±¡Ë doesn't feel ¸¢Íø to me.'

The ¼º¶È¤·¤¿ °ÂÁ´ engineer from Spalding, Lincolnshire, is embroiled in a ¹çˡŪ¤Ê war with Ms Cox, 37, after ¡Ê¿ÍÌ¿¤Ê¤É¤ò¡ËÃ¥¤¦¡¤¼çÄ¥¤¹¤ëing they bought a winning Lotto scratch card together only for her to ¼Î¤Æ¤ë him weeks later and ¡Ê¿ÍÌ¿¤Ê¤É¤ò¡ËÃ¥¤¦¡¤¼çÄ¥¤¹¤ë the prize for herself.

He has heard Ms Cox has since moved on with a new partner, Àâ: 'Good luck to her. I'm ¼º¶È¤·¤¿ at the moment and living off Íø±×s and I just want the Lotto money I believe I'm ¤¹¤ë¸¢Íø¤òÍ¿¤¨¤ëd to.'

In an ´Ø·¸¤Î¤Ê¤¤ »öÎã¡¿´µ¼Ô, ¸¡»¡´±¡¤¸¡»ö Denis Quinn told the Ë¡ÄºÛȽ½ê how Cartlidge had a 'furious Îó¡¿Á椰¡¿ÁûÆ°' with his then partner ¹ÔÊýÉÔÌÀ¤Ë¤Ê¤ë Neary-Phillips after turning up drunk at her Spalding flat where he was also living on the night of April 15 last year.

The couple Îó¡¿Á椰¡¿ÁûÆ°d over money and a half drunk ÉÓ¡¿Éõ¤¸¹þ¤á¤ë of ¥ï¥¤¥ó - and the argument ή½Ð¡¿¤³¤Ü¤¹d into the next day when Cartlidge returned after spending the night at a pal's house.

¹ÔÊýÉÔÌÀ¤Ë¤Ê¤ë Neary-Phillips, giving ¾Úµò in person, said: 'We were arguing over money because we didn't have any money.

'He ¼Ú¤ê¤¬¤¢¤ëd someone some money and that person kept messaging me and he was trying to get my phone off me and I was shouting at him to stop and ÀŤá¤ë É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë.'

She said he Áª¤Öd up the iPhone 12 - she ½Ò¤Ù¤ëd as her 'lifeline' and threw it against a ʽ¤Ç°Ï¤à, ÉÔÀµ¤Ë Ê´ºÕ¤¹¤ëing it.

He also ¶¼¤¹d to kill her, ·ãÅܡʤ¹¤ë¡Ëing: 'I am going to f****g kill you, I Ìó« I am going to kill you' she said in her ¾Úµò.

He ¤½¤Î¾å¤Î ¶¼¤¹d to ³²¡Ê¤òÍ¿¤¨¤ë¡Ë her two beloved cats and grabbed one of the animals.

She ²òǤ¤¹¤ëd: 'He said he was going to ¹ÈĬ¡¿Å¦È¯¤¹¤ë the cat É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë the ÀöÌ̽ê and then he threw the cat.'

Cartlidge later grabbed her ¸¢Íø arm and ²¡¤·¿Ê¤á¤ëd her as she was ƨ¤²¤ëing É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë some outside ¸Ç¤á¤ë¡¿¥³¥ó¥¯¥ê¡¼¥È steps from her maisonette flat, ¸¶°ø¡Ê¤È¤Ê¤ë¡Ëing her ½ý³² and bruising.

Police had been called on the first night and Ms Neary-Phillips 'very ¶ì¤·¤á¤ëd' 12-year-old son was taken by officers to stay with her sister and her family.

Cartlidge was ·Ù¹ð¤¹¤ëd to stay away but returned the next day, letting himself in with his ½ÅÍפÊ, when the ¶¯½±¡¤¶¯´¯ happened and he was ÂáÊá¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ëd.

The µ¾À·¼Ô said the ½ÐÍè»ö/»ö·ï was 'horrendous' and whilst she was bruised and grazed she didn't Í׵᤹¤ë hospital ¼£ÎÅ.

She said she was ¹ÓÇѤµ¤»¤ëd when she saw he'd Ê´ºÕ¤¹¤ëd up phone which was 'nearly bent in two.'

¹ÔÊýÉÔÌÀ¤Ë¤Ê¤ë Neary-Phillips, with long blonde hair and dressed in ¹õ¿Í¡¿¥Ü¥¤¥³¥Ã¥È, told the Ë¡ÄºÛȽ½ê she had ended her ´Ø·¸ with the Èï¹ð afterwards.

Giving ¾Úµò himself, Cartlidge - wearing shorts, T-shirt and trainers - ÈÝÄꤹ¤ëd ¶¯½±¡¤¶¯´¯ing his girlfriend and Ê´ºÕ¤¹¤ëing her phone.

He ǧ¤á¤ë they had a Îó¡¿Á椰¡¿ÁûÆ° over a ÉÓ¡¿Éõ¤¸¹þ¤á¤ë of ¥ï¥¤¥ó and she went 'crazy' and had thrown the phone at him, »¼ºing it.

He ¡Ê¿ÍÌ¿¤Ê¤É¤ò¡ËÃ¥¤¦¡¤¼çÄ¥¤¹¤ëd she had tripped É餫¤¹¡¿·âÄƤ¹¤ë the steps and he had grabbed her arm to stop her Íî¤Á¤ëing and that she had '»Ï¤á¤ë¡¤·è¤á¤ë him up.'

He pleaded not Í­ºá¤Î to ¶¯½±¡¤¶¯´¯ by ¡Ê·Ù´±¤Î¡Ë½ä²ó¶è°è¡¤¼õ»ý¤Á¶è°èing and ÈȺá¤Î »¼º.

ÃÏ¶è ºÛȽ´± Peter Veits ½Ò¤Ù¤ëd Ms Neary-Phillips as a 'very ¿®Íê¤Ç¤­¤ë ¾Ú¸À¡¤¾Ú¿Í¡¿Ìܷ⤹¤ë' who was 'not shaken' by È¿ÂпÒÌä by defence lawyer Julian Atkinson, while he ÀßΩ¤¹¤ë the Èï¹ð's 'explanation a little bit hard to believe.'

He ºá¿Í¡¿Í­ºá¤òÀë¹ð¤¹¤ëd him of ¶¯½±¡¤¶¯´¯ giving him a ¾ò·ïÉÕ¤­¤Î ȯ¼Í¤¹¤ë¡¿²ò¸Û¤¹¤ë of one year for previous good behaviour.

He ÌäÂ꡿ȯ¹Ô¤¹¤ëd a ÍÞÀ©¤¹¤ëing order for one year, ·Ù¹ð he is not µö¤¹d to ÀÜ¿¨¤¹¤ë the µ¾À·¼Ô.

The ºÛȽ´± ²òǤ¤¹¤ëd the ÈȺá¤Î »¼º ¹ðȯ¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë¡¤¹ðÁʡʤ¹¤ë¡Ë¡¿ÎÁ¶â Àâ there was no way to ¾ÚÌÀ¤¹¤ë who had »¼ºd the phone.

Cartlidge escaped anytime but was ordered to »Ùʧ¤¦¡¿Ä¶⠡ò200 of the ¡ò600 µ¯ÁÊ costs and a ³äÁý¤·ÎÁ¶â of ¡ò26.

He did not awarded any Êä½þ¡Ê¶â¡Ë to the µ¾À·¼Ô as the ½ý³² was comparatively ¶Ë¾®¤Î.

At the time he told The Sun: 'I am in shock. I can Ψľ¤Ë ¼ýÍƤ¹¤ë¡¿Ç§¤á¤ë that we wouldn't have got that ticket without Charlotte, but she wouldn't have got it without me either.

'I know it was her bank account that paid for it, but it should go 50-50 morally.'
