McMurray, a former teacher, (人命などを)奪う,主張するd his 女性(の) 同僚 '開始する,打ち上げるd into a 言葉の tirade' and (刑事)被告 him of 'doing the f***ing bloke thing' when he 介入するd during her guided 小旅行する.?

McMurray has now lost his?法廷 企て,努力,提案 for 補償(金) after a 裁判官 heard how he would lecture 女性(の) co-労働者s on 'how to 行為/行う their 義務s' and 申し込む/申し出d 'classroom tips' in an 'officious and overbearing manner'.
His line 経営者/支配人 also 公式文書,認めるd how his behaviour had been 'markedly different' when talking to men rather than women'.?
雇用 裁判官 Noel Kelly went on to 解任する Mr McMurray's 主張 of sex 差別 at work, 結論するing: 'If anyone had difficulties 取引,協定ing with the opposite gender, it appears to have been the cl aimant'.

裁判官 Kelly, sitting in the 産業の 法廷s of Northern Ireland, heard 証拠 that Mr McMurray's 'behaviour' at work 'had been markedly different when he was talking to men rather than women.'

'She (人命などを)奪う,主張するd all men were like this and horrible for that 推論する/理由. She 固執するd for between one to two minutes, 配達するing 悪口雑言 about men which I was too shocked to 吸収する 適切に.
'She 明言する/公表するd that I should never 干渉する with her 配達/演説/出産 or 申し込む/申し出 to 補助装置 her as this was part of that 容認できない behaviour that was the prerogative of men. I asked if she was 存在 attacked, should I 介入する, to which she sneered a reply 'of f***ing course'.
'I was 混乱させるd by the 交流 and 怒り/怒る 表明するd, worried by the トン, 同様に as 感情を害する/違反するd by the way in which it had 焦点(を合わせる)d on my gender and had been 目的(とする)d at me,' he said, 追加するing that the 'rant on men' had been 'very angry and spiteful.'
But the 裁判官 went on to find that the 'rant' had not happened as 述べるd.
Mr McMurray's 女性(の) 同僚s in the education team 'had been irritated by what they had regarded as the claimant's officious and overbearing manner and in particular by...'classroom tips' that he had produced some days earlier, unrequested, to advise them how to 行為/行う their 義務s,' the 裁判官 said.
'The 法廷 also 公式文書,認めるs that he had told his 顧問 psychiatrist...that he does not like working with 女性(の) 同僚s as he finds them to be manipulative.
'If anyone had difficulties 取引,協定ing with the opposite gender, it appears to have been the claimant.
'The claimant's line 経営者/支配人...had noticed that the claimant's behaviour had been markedly different when he was talking to men rather than women.
'She 明言する/公表するd: 'I 観察するd this far more frequently with 女性(の) staff. His conversations with men were very different - he asked questions, left space for them to speak and didn't 訂正する them. It appeared he was making a choice when speaking to 女性(の) staff to lecture, 知らせる, advise and educate.'
'That corresponds to the claimant's own 声明 to his psychiatrist that he did not like working with women.
'The claimant had been unaware of the level of 緊張 and annoyance that he had been creating.
'The 法廷...結論するs that there had been no 言及/関連 to gender and no abusive angry tirade.
'The 法廷 全員一致で 結論するs, in any event, that there had been no gender based 乱用.'
The 法廷 also 解任するd a (人命などを)奪う,主張する that an autistic spectrum disorder which Mr McMurray was 診断するd with after 辞職するing from his 職業 at the museum in October 2020 should have been spotted by his 雇用者s and 行為/法令/行動するd upon.
'The (人命などを)奪う,主張する of 建設的な 不公平な 解雇/(訴訟の)却下 must fail,' the 裁判官 結論するd.
