Rebecca Le-Clercq, 36, spent her ill-gotten 伸び(る)s on 'shallow and materialistic things' she flaunted on social マスコミ to make herself look good.

She had beauty work 価値(がある) thousands of 続けざまに猛撃するs, such as anti-wrinkle 注射s, fat-氷点の and hydrafacial 治療s, and lived a 高級な lifestyle she could not afford.

The mother-of-two, from Bournemouth, frittered away the money on trips to five 星/主役にする hotels and 中心 Parcs and spoiling her children with riding lessons and new 着せる/賦与するs.

Le-Clercq's defence barrister said she had 苦しむd from 'ペテン師 syndrome' when she 設立する herself surrounded by 'beautiful and 確信して women' and felt 圧力 to look like them.

But 裁判官 Robert Pawson told Le-Clercq that she was '完全に selfish' and 述べるd some of her social マスコミ 地位,任命するs as her 'cavorting around the place having fun.'

She was the practice 経営者/支配人 for award-winning River Aesthetics, a 私的な beauty clinic in Bournemouth, Dorset.

顧客s spent thousands of 続けざまに猛撃するs on 治療s like 肌 強化するing, 直面する 解除するs and lip fillers.

Bournemouth 栄冠を与える 法廷,裁判所 heard that instead of depositing cash 支払い(額)s into the company's bank acco unt she transferred them to her own from April 2022 to March 2023.

She was caught when the clinic's accountant 通知するd owner Dr Victoria Manning of a cash 不足(高) of £48,683.

Dr Manning approached Le-Clercq about the 行方不明の money and she (人命などを)奪う,主張するd it was in a 持つ/拘留するing account 予定 to an incorrect number and would be 解決するd.

But she then walked out of the building, leaving a 辞職 letter behind for Dr Manning.

Amber Atwill, defending, said Le-Clercq felt like she needed to 'look perfect' after starting her 職業 at the beauty clinic.

She said the 窃盗 wasn't sophisticated and it was 'too 平易な' for her to take and spend the money.

Ms Atwill said: 'Nobody noticed, nobody questioned it, which in her mind made it seem like it wasn't 行方不明の.

'She 手配中の,お尋ね者 to 供給する her children a better life. She had ペテン師 syndrome, surrounded by a 高級な brand, beautiful, 確信して women yet she did not feel worthy.

'It changed when she had money, she felt like she fit in and she could 地位,任命する on social マスコミ.

'She started having 治療s her 同僚s were having. It made her feel better, she was 前線 of house and felt like she needed to look perfect.

'It was an 中毒, 存在 able to spoil the kids, buy them new 着せる/賦与するs, take them on trips.'

She said her (弁護士の)依頼人 手配中の,お尋ね者 to apologise to her former 同僚s, 追加するing: 'She knows she did wrong and hates herself for it. She is sorry and wants 猛烈に to apologise to Dr Manning and the team she worked と一緒に.'

Le-Clercq, of Bournemouth, pleaded 有罪の to one count of 窃盗 by an 従業員 and was given a 一時停止するd 刑務所,拘置所 宣告,判決.

裁判官 Robert Pawson told her: 'I think you are living in cloud cuckoo land, I don't think you have got a 手がかり(を与える).

'You worked your way through £1,000 a week for a year and you have nothing to show for it other than a 負担 of social マスコミ 地位,任命するs.

'You may 井戸/弁護士席 を煩う ペテン師 syndrome and low self-esteem but it is hard to reconcile that with the photographs taken off your phone and social マスコミ of you cavorting around the place having fun.

'I don't see a scintilla of 悔恨, I see someone who became (麻薬)常用者d to that shallow, 消費者 culture and (麻薬)常用者d to spending money on fripperies.

'You had a perfectly good 職業 収入 a not insignificant salary. Your real 悔恨, it seems to me, is for yourself. You were perfectly happy to go to 中心 Parcs and Edinburgh with no hint of shame.

'You weren't living within your means, you spent other people's money on any number of materialistic and shallow things. You didn't prioritise your children, you prioritised fun and spending. You were 完全に selfish.

'An awful lot of this you put 負かす/撃墜する to other people - your ex-husband's fault, not looking good enough in the workplace. The lifelong 逆の 影響 of what you have done on your children is your own fault.'

裁判官 Pawson 追加するd: 'The only 推論する/理由 I'm doing that is because of your position as a mother of two young children who need you.' Le-Clercq has a 12-year-old son and an eight-year-old daughter.

When asked how much money Le-Clercq could 支払う/賃金 支援する, the 法廷,裁判所 heard she now receives more money a month in 全世界の/万国共通の credit and her part-time 職業 as an admin assistant then she did 収入 £1,900 a month working 十分な time at the clinic.
