An Iranian man who ¡Ê¿ÍÌ¿¤Ê¤É¤ò¡ËÃ¥¤¦¡¤¼çÄ¥¤¹¤ëd Ë´Ì¿ in Greece first before crossing the Channel in a small boat and settling in Britain says the ¶¼¤· of ¹ñ³°ÄÉÊüs to Rwanda will not stop migrants from coming here.
Nima Moradi ¼çÄ¥¤¹¤ëd the À¯ÉÜ's 'stop the boats' ·×²è¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë - which finally passed through µÄ²ñ on Monday night - will have hardly any deterrent ±Æ¶Á.
He ǧ¤á¤ë he had been ǧ¤á¤ëd Ë´Ì¿ in Greece, then pondered a move to Germany before deciding on the UK.
Ë´Ì¿ õ¸¡¼Ôs who have made it have been receiving Home Office letters ·Ù¹ð them they ´í¸± ¸ºß flown to Rwanda because they failed to Áܤ·½Ð¤¹ Ë´Ì¿ in the first '°ÂÁ´¤Ê country' they passed through.

Mr Moradi believes many more will follow, while also criticising what he called the ·çÇ¡¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë of '°ÂÁ´¤Ê Â羡¤¹¤ës' ¸ºß ¿½¤·¹þ¤à¡¿¿½¤·½Ðd for Ë´Ì¿ õ¸¡¼Ôs.
He told BBC2's Newsnight programme, hosted by Victoria Derbyshire, last night: 'When I left my country I wasn¡Çt thinking about ÌÜŪÃÏ, I was thinking about ¸ºß °ÂÁ´¤Ê.
¡ÆWhen I was in Greece I was thinking to go to Germany, but when I was ǧ¤á¤ëd Ë´Ì¿ I thought because I can speak English I will go to England.'
When asked whether the Rwanda Ë¡°Æ would stop Ë´Ì¿ õ¸¡¼Ôs from coming to the UK, he said 'no', Äɲ乤ëing: 'You see how many people are trying to cross the Channel last night.'
More than 400 people crossed the Channel yesterday ¤Ë¤â¤«¤«¤ï¤é¤º a Èá·à earlier in the day when five migrants ´Þ¤àing a child died making the »î¤ß¤ë¡¿´ë¤Æ¤ë.
Three people were ÂáÊá¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ëd today on µ¿ÏÇ of °Ü̱¡¿°Ü½» offences in ´Ø·¸ with the Èá·à.

He said: 'People have Àܶá to ¡Ê·Ù»¡¤Ê¤É¤Ø¤Î¡ËÌ©¹ð¡¤¹ðÁʡʾõ¡Ë, they already know the ˡΧ has passed but still they will try to do it because they will say, 'It¡ Çs not going to ŬÍѤ¹¤ë to me".'

The Rwanda ·×²è¡¿±¢ËÅ's capacity is 200 people per year, meaning if the ·×²è¡¿±¢ËÅ had been running last year just 0.7 per cent of small boat migrants would be ¹ñ³°ÄÉÊü¤¹¤ëd.
Mr Moradi told last night's programme how it took him four »î¤ß¤ë¡¿´ë¤Æ¤ës to get on a small boat crossing the Channel, »Ùʧ¤¦¡¿Ä¶âing ¡ò3,000 - ¶¡µë¤¹¤ëd by his family - to people-smugglers organising the trip.
He said: 'When you¡Çre there you are so desperate, you¡Çre ´í¸±ing your life - you know it¡Çs dangerous, you might die, but you want to ÅÒ»ö because you have no other ÁªÂò.
¡ÆIt was scary ? I cannot swim, I thought I might die. But did I have another ÁªÂò to make it here?
¡ÆNo, there wasn¡Çt a °ÂÁ´¤Ê Â羡¤¹¤ë - the only way for me to ¡Ê¿ÍÌ¿¤Ê¤É¤ò¡ËÃ¥¤¦¡¤¼çÄ¥¤¹¤ë Ë´Ì¿ was crossing the Channel.
Mr Moradi said he fled Iran because he ľÌ̤¹¤ëd Ç÷³² as a critic of the ¼£¤á¤ë¡¿Åý¼£¤¹¤ëing À¯¸¢ before ¸ºß ǧ¤á¤ëd Ë´Ì¿ in Greece but deciding to move on.
He said: 'I was ǧ¤á¤ëd Ë´Ì¿ in Greece but I was living in ¥Æ¥ó¥Ès without Àܶá to electricity, without having Àܶá to hygiene »ÜÀßs.
'If I ¼êÇÛÃæ¤Î¡¤¤ª¿Ò¤Í¼Ô to get a meal I had to Îó for six, seven hours. I had no ̤Íè, I couldn¡Çt Åý¹ç¤¹¤ë to the society.'
