How do you make a will?

Our 居住(者) 税金 専門家 Heather Rogers, 創立者 and owner of Aston Accountancy, explained how to 確実にする your will is valid and 反映するs your wishes to a reader who was 関心d about doing this 正確に.?

Should you use a will 令状ing service??

Will 令状ing services are typically cheaper than solicitors, 令状s This is Money.

The 政府-支援するd and impartial MoneyHelper 指導/手引 service explains how will 令状ing services work and the プロの/賛成のs and 反対/詐欺s of using them.

MoneyHelper echoes Heather's 警告, 説: '規則 isn't the same as for solicitors, so you won't have the same 保護 if something goes wrong.

'Not many will writers are fully 合法的に qualified ? but if they're a member of a recognised 貿易(する) 団体/死体, they have been trained in wills and 広い地所 planning.'

MoneyHelper 示唆するs that you check that a will 令状ing service you might use belongs to one of these organisations:< /p>

The Society of Will Writers

The 学校/設ける of Professional Will Writers

If they are not a member of either of these 団体/死体s, check their 条件 and 条件s, whether they have a proper (民事の)告訴s 手続き, and if they have solicitors on the team.

She recommends getting a solicitor to make your will, although there are other 選択s.

Believe it or not, the will 令状ing 産業 is NOT 規制するd, 令状s Heather Rogers.

You can:

- 令状 one yourself

- Use a will 令状ing service

- Use a solicitor.

In my opinion, the only way to 確実にする that you have good 保護 is by using a solicitor. This is because solicitors are 規制するd by the Solicitors 規則 当局.

There are some professional will 令状ing services out there, and some do use solicitors to review the wills they draw up.

However, many do not, and your executors may not have any 是正する if things go wrong after you die as a result of a 貧しく 草案d will and bad advice.

Everyone should have a will, and if your circumstances change you will need to review it.

For example, you should do so if you get married - your will 一般に becomes 無効の on marriage - or 離婚d, receive an 相続物件, 購入(する) new 資産s, or a 受益者 dies.

It is best to revisit your will even if no changes occur, to make sure no 法律を制定する changes 影響する/感情 it.

A good 地元の solicitor will be happy to visit you at home if you have health 問題/発行するs. A simple will often costs about £200 加える 付加価値税 if you use a solicitor. More コンビナート/複合体 wills will cost more. 一方/合間, your solicitor will usually 蓄える/店 a copy of your will for no 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金.
